Representatives will be trained to encourage sales while actively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our NEW Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric products!

Available Demo Days/Hours:
10am-5:30pm - Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday

Compensation:

  • Starting at $28-$30 an hour + BONUS based on surpassing sale quotas
  • W-2 Employment
  • We provide a promotional kit and bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit

Bonus payout:

We have various different products in Costco: Colostrum, Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, Turmeric, & Magnesium Gummies. Below, is an outline of the bonus structure. Shifts are from 10am - 5:30pm — you get credit for the entire days sales when scheduled to work, which is an additional 3 hours of potential products selling and receiving credit for:

Tier 1:

  • Hit 100% of both the qualifier and total unit goal and earn $3 per box sold!

Example:

  • Qualifier: 8 units of Colostrum
  • Total Units Goal: 28 units
  • ✅ You sell 8 Colostrum and 28 total units = $3 per box

Tier 2:

  • If you don’t hit Tier 1, you can still qualify for Tier 2.
  • Hit 50% of both the qualifier and total unit goal and earn $1 per box sold!

Example:

  • Qualifier: 8 units of Colostrum
  • Total Units Goal: 28 units
  • ✅ You sell 4 Colostrum and 14 total units = $1 per box

We provide you with a starter kit. This role requires the purchase of a 4’x2’ folding table. You submit your receipt to your manager for reimbursement, and it typically is on your first paycheck. Are you comfortable making this purchase? You would not purchase until after an offer is extended if we move forward in the hiring process.*
Part of your daily tasks will include submitting forms electronically, both to report sales, order supplies, and to clock in and out, meaning access to a smart device daily is necessary. How comfortable are you using a smartphone, and do you currently have one?*
We have compliance requirements related to food safety, such as wearing gloves, hairnets/beard nets, (when applicable), etc. We also host weekly meetings to go over compliance items. HR and operations alternate hosting weeks. Are you comfortable with meeting these requirements and attending these (paid) calls. Call attendance is a requirement to be scheduled.*
This is a part time direct sales position in the fourth largest retail environment in America. Sales professionals MUST be able to drive sales average and regularly attain goals. We're hiring for 2-days a week - Days available Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - Shifts are from 10 am — 5:30.
